专利摘要:
The invention relates to the construction of a heating wall of a coke oven battery and allows to simplify repair work by carrying out in the head part of the walls of the machine and coke sides of the battery a vertical joint surface extending along the plane of interaction of spoons of an even row of walls. In this case, the spoons, forming the interface surface and located under the buttings, are made elongated and the spoons of even rows, located on the opposite side from the interface surface, are made shortened. Parts of the wall are interconnected by means of vertical rods of fire-resistant material with a length greater than the length of the brick, and installed along one or more rows of bricks and on parts of the adjacent upper and lower rows. 5 hp f-ly, 6 ill. This invention relates to the coking industry, namely to a coke oven battery.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the repair.
Figure 1 shows the battery, a general view; figure 2 is a section in figure 1; on fig.Z - heating pier, isometric; figure 4 is the same, top view; on fig.Z - section Bna fig.Z; figure 6 - section bb In Fig .4.
The coke oven battery includes regenerators T, chambers located above them 2 coking with hatches 3
ABOUT
for loading the coal located in the roof of the coking chambers 2 and the side openings 4 and 5 for the entrance of the coke pushing rod 6 and the unloading of coke through the coke guide 7 to the vessel. races 8, respectively, heating piers 9 with means for supplying air and gas, forming coking chambers 2 and made of parallel walls 10 laid out and bricks laid out with spoons, having rods and grooves connected by means of a binder, brick partitions 11 separating the pier 9n channels 12. The brick staples of even partitions 11 in odd rows are located between the wall spoons 10, and in each even row of the wall spoons 10 interact with each other under the pockets of the bars 5 (bit 11 of the odd row. Walls 10 in their th The hinge parts of the machine and coke sides are made with a vertical joint surface extending along the lateral surface of the buttting of the partition 11. The wall parts 10 are interconnected by means of a vertical bar 13 fixed by a link in a vertical channel 14 formed by symmetrical grooves made on opposite sides of the butt Bar 13 is made of refractory material and has a length greater than the length of the brick. Each bar 13 is installed along one or more rows of bricks and on parts of adjacent upper and lower rows.
The repair is carried out as follows.
Destroy the wall to be repaired to the interface. In the first saved channel 12, the heating of which is interrupted, set longer

spoons in place of existing spoons, and the sizes of these spoons are chosen so that their end surface, directed towards the end of the pier, is located at the level of the interface surface, i.e. in the position of the lateral sides of the butts forming the adjacent upper and lower rows.
In the end part of these spoons, adjacent to the interface, they measure a vertical groove with a profile in the shape of V, located in the middle of their width.
The temperature of these new cold spoons, inserted into the old hot part, quickly rises, and the resulting expansion is compensated by compressing the binder, separating the rows at the level of these spoons, eliminating the effect of this expansion on the butts and spoons of the upper and lower planes.
For other rows, a corresponding V-shaped groove is made on the lateral side of the knots so that this system of knocks and spoons will form on the side of the reconstructed part a vertical flat surface with a groove, for example, with profile V, forming an assembly channel, using of which the reconstructed part interacts with the old part.
Thus, the construction of a new part is carried out, setting through a number of shorter spoons at the level of the last repaired channel 12 (second channel, FIG. 3).
The end sides of the spoons, located at the level of this vertical interface, also have a groove, as in ordinary spoons, and in accelerated adjacent spoons of the upper

I
As construction proceeds, a bar 13c is installed with a gasket from the binder with the possibility of free vertical expansion of the new part with respect to the old part without stresses between them and preserving the tightness of the assembly between these two parts.
In this example, only one vertical bar is provided at the surface level of each of the walls 10, however, several parallel vertical bars may be provided, which may be smaller
sections and various geometric shapes. It may be difficult to carefully remove the spoons for replacement in order to form a sliding vertical joint at the level of the interface surface. Then carefully remove the entire masonry to the butt joint surface made along the butts from the side of the central part of the wall, the partitions 11 are also removed, then the channel immediately preceding the buttress surface is reconstructed by a known method in connection with bricks, but in each second row ( The row or normal joint between the spoons is flush with the vertical axis of the butts) longer spoons in order to form a sliding vertical joint surface.
During the reconstruction of the remaining part to the channel 12 adjacent to the sliding vertical joint, a shortened spoon is installed in the extension of each spoon in order to further restore the normal system of channels.
By means of this construction and in order to increase the reliability of the coke oven battery, the inner part of the wall 10 with respect to the butt-joint surface can be made of a siliceous material, which is well resistant to high temperatures, but with less resistance to thermal shocks, while the outer part of the wall is 10 relative to The interface is made of a material that is less resistant to high temperatures, but with better resistance to thermal shock (alumina or other material).
